Corporate accountability and climate change

The UN's Special Rapporteur is exploring the issue of climate-change risk for corporations. 

The primary focus is on corporate exposure to litigation risks associated with investments in fossil fuel and greenhouse gas intensive industries.

This consultation will help to inform the Special Rapporteur's presentation at the Human Rights Council in 2024.
