ISO 45001

ISO 45001 sets requirements for occupational health and management systems and is designed to help organisations worldwide protect the health and safety of people at work. IOSH has played a major part in its development, and has drawn from members’ expertise from around the world during consultations on the standard.

This page explains the new international standard and how you can play a role in its implementation in your organisation. It provides tips on how to implement ISO 45001 or present it to your colleagues, and an opportunity for you to share your story as an early adopter.

What does our Head of Policy and Public Affairs, Richard Jones, have to say about ISO 45001?
