What is the Future Leaders Community?

IOSH’s Future Leaders Community is dedicated to new and aspiring professionals in occupational safety and health. It provides you with specialised support to enhance your career and help you form new connections in the industry.

As a member of the Community, you can enjoy a range of specialised support, including access to a brand new online forum and opportunities to interact with your peers and share your personal experiences. You'll also be invited to tailor-made events, including the annual Future Leaders Conference.

Who is it for?

To be part the Future Leaders Community, you must be an IOSH member and:

  • be in the Student Membership category, or
  • be 35 years old or under, or
  • have 5 or fewer years' OSH experience

"The Future Leaders Community provides me with the opportunity to network with other like-minded Future Leaders and to involve directly in the shaping of the community."
